You will learn:

• And you will learn how to help others evolve and transform

You learn methods so you can address your limitations with loving attention and ask the resistance what it wants. Then we allow all the energy caught up in the resistance to transform itself into everything it can be, and help you in your daily life and dealings.

You’ll learn this approach and start using it right away.

We will guide you through exercises, you will share your own experiences and you will have your own insights and realizations that you take home with you, along with the powerful tools you can use daily.

If we have time, we may also demonstrate how we can transform patterns that controls huge parts of your life, patterns that you inherited from your family and our collective culture.
